THE FUNERAL OF AN ORANGE 2021

The Funeral of an Orange," which explores my memories of the pandemic. As I left the location where my traumas began, I searched for evidence to prove my experiences. The film is a personal narrative that starts with a rotting orange and tells the story from a unique perspective to the viewer sitting across from me. I erase my identity, allowing the memories to become a part of the collective memory. The themes explored in the film include humor, myth, trauma, memory, absence, hope and despair, and death with dignity.
